Muse/Part 2: Zara Martin

In part two of our interview with Preen Line Muse Zara Martin we ask her to choose her favourite piece from the shoot, and find out why sometimes you just really need your friends to give you some essential style advice… 

Describe your style?

Hair. And heels.

Who is your style icon? 

Before I embraced colour it was Morticia Addams. Now, I just don’t know who to turn to.

What is your favourite piece from the shoot? 

I loved the mini skirt/sweater look! But if I’m honest, I loved it all. 

Who's wardrobe would you like to borrow for the day and why? 

Diane Kruger, because she always looks so chic and I always love what she’s wearing.

When you're choosing an outfit for when you're playing a set, how do you do it? Do you think about what's going to look cool? Or is it more about how your clothes make you feel? 

I'm mainly thinking “can I move my arms in this?”

What was your most regrettable fashion choice? 

Probably…the black roots to bleach blonde hair ratio. 

What is the best piece of style advice you’ve been given?

My BFF sent me home to change once because my skirt was too short. That is a good friend - with a great piece of advice!
